横向减振器布置方式对地铁车辆动力学性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 横向减振器是影响地铁车辆运行安全性和平稳性的关键部件之一。分析研究了横向减振器在转向架上不同的布置方式对地铁车辆动力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,在正常工况下,减振器采用双侧对称或双侧斜对称布置方式的运行平稳性优于单侧布置方式,而横向减振器三种布置方式的运行稳定性和曲线通过性能的差异不大;当横向减振器失效时,单侧布置方式下的蛇行临界速度、运行平稳性和曲线通过安全性均比双侧布置时差,而双侧对称和双侧斜对称两种布置方式的动力学性能比较接近。 Lateral damper is one of the key parts that affect the running security and riding quality of metro vehicle.In this paper,the influence of lateral damper different place model over metro vehicle on dynamics performance is analyzed.The results show that the riding quality of metro vehicle with double symmetrical or inclined symmetrical lateral damper is better than that of metro vehicle with unilateral place model of lateral damper,while the hunting motion and curve negotiation security of all place models have no great differences.When the damper is disabled,the critical speed of hunting motion,the riding quality and curve negotiation security of metro vehicle with unilateral place model of are worse than other two place models,moreover,dynamics performance of the metro vehicle with double symmetrical or inclined symmetrical lateral damper is analogous.
