广州市中学生网络成瘾及其相关因素研究

Prevalence of internet addiction and the related factors in middle school students in Guangzhou

目的了解广州市在校中学生网络成瘾情况,探讨影响网络成瘾的相关因素,为预防网络成瘾提供理论依据。方法整群选取广州市城区完全中学一所,农村初中、高中各一所,以应激性生活事件问卷、特质应对方式问卷和网络成瘾测试问卷为工具进行调查。结果本次调查中1392例(89.2%)为互联网的正常使用者,158例(10.2%)为中度网络成瘾者,10例(0.6%)为重度网络成瘾者,58例为从未使用过网络。网络成瘾高危组与正常对照组在性别、父亲的文化程度、应激性生活事件问卷的四个维度和总分及应对方式比较中均有显著性差异;Logistic回归分析显示:消极应对方式、男性及在家庭及人际交往中所遭遇的应激事件容易导致网络成瘾发生。结论广州市在校中学生网络成瘾的发生率高;男性、父亲的文化程度低、经常使用消极应对方式处理各种问题的个体,当他们遭遇与家庭、人际交往有关的应激事件时,容易出现网络成瘾的行为。

Objective To study the status of and the factors contributing to Internet addiction among middle school students in Guangzhou. Methods Cluster sampling method was used to recruit an urban middle school, a rural junior middle school and a rural senior high school to conduct the survey with the stressful life event questionnaire, the trait-oriented coping styles questionnaire and the Intemet Addiction Test. Results The majority of respondents were classified as normal users of the Intemet （n=1392, 89.2%）, with 158 （10.2%） moderately and 10 （0.6%） severely addicted to the Internet. Fifty-eight students had never used the Internet. There were significant differences in gender, the father＇s education, the 4 dimensions of the stressful life event questionnaire and the coping styles between students with and without Internet addiction. Binary logistic analysis showed that the factors contributing to Intemet addiction included passive coping styles, male gender and stressful life event experienced in family and interpersonal communication. Conclusion The incidence of Internet addiction is high among middle school students in Guangzhou. Male students with stressful life events in family and interpersonal communication, poor education on the part of the father, and fi＇equent use of negative coping styles are more likely to develop Internet addiction.
