Correction of C-shaped wry nose by the ＂Crossbar＂ method nasal septal cartilage

目的探讨采用鼻中隔软骨门闩法整复C形歪鼻的方法。方法于鼻中隔偏曲最重处，用回转刀切取矩形中隔软骨条约0．8cm×1．7cm，即“门闩”，切取的残余处形成L形支撑。在鼻中隔软骨上边适度切开，形成“门闩托”。将矩形软骨条缝合固定于“门闩托”处，固定的同时也加强了鼻中隔伸直强度。结果本组18例患者术后获随访3个月至3年，鼻背外观改善的同时解决了鼻通气障碍问题，形态和功能均获得满意的恢复。优良率达到100％。结论针对单纯由于鼻中隔软骨偏曲所导致的C型歪鼻，施行鼻中隔软骨门闩法整复治疗是一种值得推广的手术方式。

Objective To discuss and summarize the experience of correction of C-shaped wry nose by the ＂Crossbar＂ method of nasal septal cartilage. Methods In the eurviest position of the nasal septum, 0.8 cm × 1.7cm rectangle septal cartilage, ＂Crossbar＂, was obtained with the turning cutter, L-shaped support was formed with the remainder. And the upper nasal septal cartilage is incised modestly, forming Crossbar supporter was formed by appropriate cutting above the nasal septal cartilage. The extending intension of the nasal septum was strengthened by suturing and fixing the rectangle septal cartilage to the Crossbar supporter. Results According to the short and long term observation, both the form and the function of noses of all patients were recovered with 100% satisfactory response. Conclusion Aiming at C-shaped wry nose, simply produced by nasal septal cartilage deviation, correction of C-shaped wry nose with nasal septal cartilage Crossbar is worth popularizing.
