起搏器置入治疗肥厚型梗阻性心肌病长期随访1例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男，76岁，因活动后胸闷30年，起搏器术后13年来院复查。入院诊断为肥厚型梗阻性心肌病（hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy，HOCM），永久起搏器术后。患者于入院前30年活动后感胸闷、呼吸困难、乏力、心悸、头晕，无胸背部疼痛，无咳嗽及咯血，休息约30min可缓解，
