摘要 帕金森病（Parkinson disease，PD）又名震颤麻痹，是一种中、老年人常见的神经系统变性疾病。随着人口的老龄化，其发病率呈逐年上升趋势。目前，尤其在发病早期，尚缺乏有效的实验室诊断方法。
