在广泛的化工生产领域里,往往需要对大量的化工原料要进行快速定量抽料储存到指定的地方,以满足进行大量生产的需要。在传统的通过人工方式装料、抽料、搬运等,要花费大量的人力物力,且难以满足大量产品生产需要。效率低、成本大,且很多大量有毒、强腐蚀等化工原料对生产工作人员工的身体健康造成很大的威胁和危害。本文就以利用PLC结合工业组态技术自动进行快速的对化工原料进行定量抽取,并输送到指定的地方,以提高生产效率。

In the broad field of chemical production, a large number of chemical raw materials are often requiresd to conduct rapid and quantitative pumping material to stored in designated areas in order to meet the needs of massive production. In the traditional way, manually loading, pumping materials, transportation, etc., takes a lot of manpower and material resources, which are still difficult to meet the needs of a large number of products. Low efficiency, large cost, and a large number of toxic, highly corrosive chemicals material will damage the health of the employees who work with those chemicals material. In this paper, we will disguss about the advantages of PLC technology combined with industrial automatic configuration for rapid quantification of the chemical raw materials extraction, and transport to designated areas to improve production efficiency.
