摘要
采用文献资料、调查访问等方法,对我国少体校培养目标定位的意义和培养目标的现状进行分析,以此为基础提出了我国少体校培养目标的构想:一、培养职业、专业运动员;二、为高校高水平运动队或体育学院及体育系输送体育人才;三、社会体育指导员或相关的体育工作者;四、培养一般体育爱好者。
Using the methods of literature and investigation and so on,the paper analyzes the significance of cultaivation target’s localization and present situation of cultaivation target for youth sports schools in china.from which,we bring forward some ideas about cultaivation target of youth sports schools in china：1. Cultivating professional Athletes;2. Cultivating athletic talent for High-Level college sports teams or the academy and the department of physical education;3. Cultivating socal Sports coaches and related Sports workers;4. Cultivating general sports amateur.
