Ki-67蛋白表达与T_1、T_2期胃癌淋巴结转移和生长方式的相关研究

Relation between biological behavior of gastric cancer in T 1 & T 2 stages and expression of Ki-67 antigen

目的研究Ｋｉ－６７蛋白表达与胃癌生物学特性的相关性。方法利用免疫组化方法对１２例Ｔ１期胃癌、２０例Ｔ２期胃癌组织的Ｋｉ－６７蛋白表达率进行测定，并分别在有淋巴结转移组和无淋巴结转移组之间进行对比研究。结果Ｋｉ－６７蛋白表达率与胃癌的淋巴结转移、浸润深度及生长方式明显相关。结论Ｋｉ－６７蛋白可作为判断胃癌淋巴结转移情况的分子生物学指标。

Objective To study the relation between biological behavior of gastric cancer and expression of Ki-67 antigen.Methods The expression of Ki-67 antigen was examined in 12 cases of gastric cancer in T 1 stage and 20 cases of gastric cancer in T 2 stage by limunohistochemical analysis.Comparative studies were performed between the lymph node metastasis posivive group and the lymph node metastasis negative group.Results The rate of expression of Ki-67 antigen is related to the extent of lymph node metastasis,the advancement of invasion and the mode of growth.Conclusion [WT5”BZ]The rate of expression of Ki-67 antigen can be used to assess the biological behavior of gastric cancer.
