脊髓空洞症外科治疗的多因素疗效分析

Multiple regression analysis of surgical results of syringomyelia

目的分析脊髓空洞症外科治疗疗效的影响因素。方法采用多因素逐步回归分析方法，对７８例获得随访者以年龄、性别、病程、感觉障碍、运动障碍、合并Ｃｈｉａｒｉ畸形、空洞最大径和手术方式为自变量进行疗效分析。结果运动功能障碍、空洞大小、病程和年龄依次是影响疗效的主要因素，而手术方式、合并Ｃｈｉａｒｉ畸形、感觉障碍和性别对疗效影响不大。结论多因素分析疗效结果较为可靠；综合评价患者病情，科学选择手术适应证并采取适当的手术方式是提高疗效的主要因素。

Objective To analyse the factors influencing results of surgery of syringomyelia.Methods Multiple stepwise regression analysis was make of the surgical results and sex,age,duration of symptoms,sensation disorders,movement disorders,complication with Chiari malformation,width of cavity and surgical approach.Results The movement disorders,width of cavity,duration of symptoms and age were the main factors influencing the results,while the sex,sensation disorders,complication with Chiari malformation and surgical approach had little effect on the results.Conclusion Comprehensive evaluation of pafient's condition and selection of suitable surgical approach are the active factors in improving the surgical results.
