农业高新技术和风险投资都具有自身独特的特征,农业高新技术在产业化过程中离开风险投资的支持,风险投资为农业产业化提供资金支持、促进农业高新技术成果转化农业生产力、提高管理水平、降低或分散风险,但风险投资介入农业高新技术产业化也存在一些障碍,要采取一定的策略促进利用风险投资和农业高新技术产业化的融合。

Venture Capital and Agricultural hi-tech have their own unique features. Agricultural hi-tech can stay away from the support of venture investment in the process of industrialization, and Venture Capital can provide supports with funds for agricultural industrialization , turn the achievements of agricultural high-tech into agricultural productive force, improve the level of management, and reduce or disperse the risk. However, the risk investment in agricultural high-tech industrialization also exists some obstacles, some strategies should be taken to promote the fusion of the risk investment and high-tech industrialization of agriculture.
