摘要
应运而生适者生存马帮的形成与西南地区的自然环境有着直接的关系。西南地区山高水急，水上交通险象环生，而山道险峻曲折，根本无法行驶车辆。在这样的条件下，马帮、牛队、背夫便成了当地主要的运输力量，而马匹则是这一特定环境下最合适的运输工具。
The origin of Caravan in Southwest was linked directly to the natural environment.There are high mountains and swift rivers,dangerous water transportation,steep hill roads.It was simply impossible to drive vehicles. Under such conditions,the Caravan became a major transporting force and horses were the most appropriate means of transportation.Caravan trade spreads civilization,engraving solidarity,hard-working,pragmatic spirit,as well as spirit of patriotism and home-loving,good-neighborliness,national security,national prosperity on the frontier road.
