摘要
目的:探讨MMP-9在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法检测45例人脑胶质瘤及32例瘤旁正常脑组织中MMP-9蛋白的表达。结果:MMP-9在正常脑组织、低度恶性及高度恶性脑胶质瘤组织中的阳性表达率分别为15.6%,45.8%,81.0%。结论:MMP-9蛋白表达与胶质瘤的发生和恶性进展有关。
Objietive To explore the expression and significance of MMP-9 protein in human brain glioma. Methods S-P immunohistochemical method was performed to detect the expression of MMP-9 protein in 45 cases of brain glioma and 32 cases of tumor-adjacent normal brain tissues. Results The expression rates of MMP-9 protein in normal brain tissue, low potential malignancy and high potential malignancy brain glioma were 15.6%,45.8% and 81.0% respectively. Conclusion The expression of MMP-9 protein was correlated with the occurrence and grading of the glioma.
