褐飞虱侵害对不同水稻品种根及叶片赤霉素含量的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Nilaparvata lugens (Stl) (Homoptera:Delphacidae) infestation on gibberellin levels in roots and leaves of different rice varieties

摘要 应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)研究褐飞虱若虫侵害分蘖期水稻超级培矮64S/E32和TN1后根及叶片赤霉素(gibberellin,GA)含量变化,以探讨褐飞虱侵害后水稻品种耐虫性与植物体内源激素的关系。结果显示:虫口密度60和90头/株侵害超级培矮64S/E323天后根GA含量显著上升;30、60和90头/株侵害TN13天后根、叶片GA含量显著上升。30、60和90头/株侵害超级培矮64S/E326天后叶片GA含量显著下降;30头/株侵害TN1后根GA含量显著下降。表明耐虫品种与感虫品种变化一致,根、叶片GA含量均在褐飞虱侵害3天后上升,6天后下降,但耐虫品种变化幅度较感虫品种大,持续期较感虫品种短;根冠比变化无明显规律。 Change of gibberellin (GA) in roots and leaves at tiller stage of two representative rice varieties, super-high-yield rice Peiai 64S/E32 and TN1, was studied with enzyme-linked immunosorbent as- say (ELISA) to explore the relationship between rice tolerance and endogenous plant hormones under Ni- laparvata lugens infestation. The results indicated that at the tiller stage, GA contents in roots of superhigh-yield rice Peiai 64S/E32 at 3 days increased significantly after 60 or 90 nymphs/plant infestation, GA contents in roots and leaves of TN1 at 3 days also increased significantly after 30, 60 or 90 nymphs/ plant infestation. However, GA contents in leaves of super-high-yield rice Peiai 64S/E32 at 6 days after 60 or 90 nymphs/plant infestation decreased significantly, so did GA contents in roots of TNI at 6 days after 30 nymphs/plant infestation. These results showed that the two rice varieties had the same variation trend, GA contents in leaves and roots increased at 3 days, while decreased at 6 days after N. lugens infestation, but the change range of GA contents of tolerant variety was wider, the effective duration was shorter, and the ratio of GA contents in roots to that in leaves ( R : L ratio) did not show significant changes when compared with that of susceptible rice variety.
