反奖赏系统与成瘾行为 被引量:1

摘要 成瘾行为,又称为药物依赖,是一种慢性、复发性的脑病,其主要表现为:(1)强迫性觅药及用药;(2)用药失控;(3)停药后产生戒断症状。成瘾者往往陷入渴求-愉悦-痛苦的恶性循环中难以自拔。那么,是什么原因导致这种恶性循环的产生呢?经过数十年的探索,人们已经认识到在人和动物脑内广泛存在与奖赏有关的区域(reward system),而控制情绪反应的中脑边缘多巴胺系统(mesolimbic dopamine system)是奖赏系统的中枢所在,不同药物作用于该系统,导致系统中多巴胺释放增加,使人和动物产生陶醉感和愉悦感,正是这种奖赏效应对动物的不断强化导致了成瘾行为的发生。
