比较金喉健超声雾化剂与利咽饮对小儿急慢性喉炎的疗效

Comparison the efficacy of Jinhuo Disinhibiting Vaporous Atomization and Liyan Decoction in treatment of acute and chronic pharyngitis

目的观察金喉健超声雾化剂与利咽饮治疗小儿急性慢性喉炎的的临床疗效。方法随机将病例分为金喉健超声雾化剂组和利咽饮对照组,对2组治疗前后的主要症状及疗效进行比较。结果治疗组与对照组临床总有效,急性喉炎组分别为98.8%和82.9%;慢性喉炎组分别为97.7%和91.4%,治疗组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论金喉健雾化液治疗急性喉炎、慢性喉炎疗效显著,安全可靠。

Objective To Compare the effect of Jinhuo Disinhibiting Vaporous Atomization （JDVA） and Liyan Decoction in treatment of acute and chronic pharyngitis . Methods Two hundreds thirty -four cases were randomly divided into 2 groups, with one group treated with JDVA （trial group） and the other group treated with the Liyan Decoction （control group）. Changes in the main symptoms and signs were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rates were 98.8% and 82. 9% for acute pharyngitis and were 97. 7% and 91. 4% for chronic pharyngitis in trial group and control group, respectively. The effective rate in trial group was sinifieanfly higher than control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion JDVA had effective and safety in the treatment of acute and chronic pharyngitis.
