内镜下奥曲肽局部注射治疗消化性溃疡出血的疗效

The effect of hemostasia on peptic ulcer hemorrhage by endoscopic local injection treatment

目的探讨内镜下治疗消化性溃疡并出血的治疗效果。方法80例消化性溃疡并出血患者按不同的治疗方法分为：治疗组42例，对照组38例，观察临床疗效、组织中前列腺素E2（PGE2）水平、住院日和不良反应。方法治疗组治愈39例（92．8％），明显高于对照组的27例（71．0％）（χ2=4．123，P〈0．05）；治疗组治疗后PGE2含量（2．60±0．68）mg／g，明显高于治疗前的（1．49±0．43）mg／g（t=2．415，P〈0．05）；治疗后PGE2含量明显高于对照组（1．48±0．52）mg／g（t=2．345，P〈0．05）；对照组平均住院时间（6．3±1．8）d，短于治疗组的（9．7±2．4）d（t=2．413，P〈0．05）。结论内镜下止血治疗对消化性溃疡并出血疗效肯定，减少了外科手术率。

Objective To investigate the effect of the treatment of hemorrhagic peptic ulcer under the endoscope. Methods 80 patients with peptic ulcer bleeding according to different treatment methods were divided into talo groups ：42 cases in treatment group and 38 cases in control group. The clinical efficacy,tissue prostaglandin E2 （PGE2） levels, length of stay and adverse reactions were observed. Results The curative effect of 39 cases （92. 8% ）in treatment group were significantly higher than that of 27 cases （71.0%）in control group （χ2 = 4. 123, P 〈 0. 05 ） ;The contents of PGE2 （2.60 ± 0.68mg）/g after treatment in treatment group were significantly higher than before treatment（ 1.49 ±0.43） rag/g（ t = 2.415, P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The contents of PGE2 after treatment in treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment （ 1.44 ±0. 42 ） mg/g（ t = 2.345, P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The average length of stay in control group was （ 6.3 ± 1.8 ） days, higher than that of the treatment group （ 9.7 ± 2.4） days （ t = 2. 413, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The curative effect of hemostasia treatment under the endoscope was positive and decrease the surgical intervention rate.
