摘要
本文报告1例8岁男孩患非何杰金氏淋巴瘤。入院时病情危重,体格检查、骨髓涂片、B型超声波、头颅CT均显示疾病处于急性广泛浸润。经改进的骨髓细胞同步化培养,G显带染色体核型分析,20％细胞分裂相为47,XY,HSR(11)(P14),+21,系21三体染色体数目异常和11号染色体短臂1区4带的均匀染色区。HSR是癌细胞的特异性染色体畸变,它是癌基因扩增的细胞遗传学表现。
Bone marrow culture with synchronization was used for the study of the chromosomes of an eight years old boy with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. He was seriously ill and had disseminated metastases. The cytogenetical evidence of HSR at chromosome band 11P14 was found.
HSRs are segments of substantial length additional to the regular bands of chromosomes which are regarded as occurring only in cancer cells, but HSR in a patient with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is rare.
