经外周中心静脉置管在肿瘤患者中应用的安全管理

Safety management of cancer patients with peripherally inserted central catheter

目的 探讨经外周中心静脉置管（PICC）在恶性肿瘤患者应用时实施安全管理的意义.方法 比较分析实施安全管理后（管理组）的94例和实施安全管理前（对照组）的101例肿瘤患者PICC成功率、治疗完成率和并发症发生率.结果 管理组成功率97.9%,置管并发症发生率7.4%,治疗完成率100%;对照组成功率88.1%,置管并发症发生率16.8%,治疗完成率93.1%.2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 实施安全管理可以提高肿瘤患者PICC的成功率、治疗完成率以及减少并发症的发生.

Objective To evaluate the importance of the safety management for cancer patients with Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter （PICC）. Methods The success rate, complication incidence and finishing rate of PICC were compared between before and after performing safety management. Results After performing safety management, the success rate and finishing rate of PICC increased from 88.1% to 97.9%, 93.1% to 100%respectively while complication incidence decreased from 16.8% to 7.4%. Conclusions Safety management can increase the success rate and finishing rate of PICC and can decrease complication incidence in cancer patients.
