中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效观察及护理

Curative effect observation and nursing care of patients with severe acute pancreatitis treated combined traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine

目的 探讨重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）的中西医结合临床治疗及护理效果.方法 将60例SAP患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组均采用内科保守治疗,给予全程精心护理,治疗组增加中药大煮胃管注入芒硝外敷.比较两组治疗效果.结果 治疗组腹痛腹胀缓解天数、胃肠道功能恢复时间、全身炎症反应综合征（SIRS）改善时间、并发症发生率、住院时间均低于对照组（P＜0.05）,治疗组总有效率96.7%,对照组为80.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 合理治疗,严密护理是提高救治率、降低死亡率的关键;在护理过程中,护士必须具备高度的责任心,时刻保持警戒状态,以取得满意的临床效果.

Objective To explore the curative effect of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine and nursing experience of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups equally, named control group and treatment group. Two groups were given different treatment methods, but both the two groups received entire journey refined nursing. Results Days of stomachache and abdominal distension reliving, days of recovery of gastrointestinal tract function, days of SIRS improving,complication incidence rate and length of stay in treatment group were much lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）. And the total effective rate （96.7%） in treatment group was much higher than that in control group （80.0%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Rational therapy and accurate nursing are the key points of increasing curative rate and descending mortality. In the process of nursing, the nurses should have high responsibility and keep watchfulness to get a good clinical effect.
