摘要
目的 调查我校护理本科生临床沟通能力、自我效能感现状及两者之间的相关性,为护理沟通教育提供参考依据.方法 采用一般自我效能感量表和人际沟通量表问卷,对104名中医护理本科生进行调查.结果 护理本科生沟通能力评分为(49.21±7.32),自我效能感评分为(25.84±5.35);护理本科生自我效能感与临床沟通能力各因子和呈正相关(P<0.01).结论 护理本科生临床沟通能力与自我效能感的关系,有助于护理教师和临床带教教师有针对性地采取措施,提高学生的临床沟通效果.
Objective To investigate the correlation between self-efficacy and ability of clinical communication among nursing undergraduates, so as to provide reference for communication education of nursing. Methods General Self-Efficacy Scale and Interpersonal Relationship Scale were used among 104 nursing undergraduates in a University of traditional Chinese medicine. Results Average score of communication of nursing undergraduates was (49.21 ±7.32), and that of self-efficacy was (25.84 ±5.35).Self-efficacy was found positively correlated to each factor of communication (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions Better understanding of the relationship between clinical communication and self-competence could help nursing educators take targeted measures to improve ability of clinical communication among nursing undergraduates.
