新护士护理技能准入管理体系的建立及效果评价 被引量:4

Setting and evaluating a management system that qualified admittance of new nurses

摘要 目的快速提高低年资护士的业务素质和工作能力,使其尽快适应临床工作。方法建立新护士护理技能准入管理体系,评价护理技能准入体系实施后的效果。结果该体系实施后,新护士护理技能准入合格率为97.5%;新护士收获较大的占99%,工作能力提高较快的占98%。结论护理技能准入管理体系的建立,有效的提高了新护士的业务素质和工作能力,能够使其较快的适应临床工作。 Objective To enhance the new nursing' s the ability and the profession, and to make them adapted for such work as soon as possible. Methods Setting up a management system that qualified nurses abilities for a clinical nursing, and evaluating the effect of the qualified system. Results The system were put into practice, and the standard rate of the new nursing' s skill qualified is 97.5%. 99% new nursing consider that they gain from this experience, and 98% new nursing consider that their abilities and profession should be promoted. Conclusions The management system was built, so that the ability and the profession of the new nursing was enhanced, and the new nursing can be adapt to working in the clinic.
