护理应届毕业生职业态度状况的调查及分析

Investigation and analysis of the state of professional attitude of nursing graduates

目的了解护理应届毕业生职业态度状况，为更好地培养高素质应用型护理人才提供依据。方法利用自行设计的问卷对195名护理本专科应届毕业生进行调查。结果女生护理职业态度积极性（62．6±11．52）分，男生（57．0±13．92）分；专科护生（62．4±14．60）分，本科（57．4±11．16）分；自愿报考护生（64．4±15．30）分，非自愿（55．6±14．12）分。不同性别、不同学历护生在职业态度某些维度中差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），不同填报志愿护生职业态度各维度差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论护理应届毕业生职业态度呈轻度积极状态，不同性别、学历、志愿护生职业态度有所不同。

Objective The investigation was to analyze the state of professional attitude of nursing graduates in order to improve Nursing teaching to cultivate the high quality nursing speicalities. Methods Totally, 195 Nursing graduates including undergraduate and college students were surveyed with self-designed questionnaires. Results The girls＇ score （62.6 ± 11.52） about positive professional attitude was higher than boys＇ score （57.0 ± 13.92 ）. The score of college students （62. 4 ± 14. 60 ） was higher than that of undergraduate （ 57.4 ± 11.16）. The score of volunteer for nursing （ 64.4± 15.30） was higher than that of nonvolunteer （55. 6 ± 14. 12 ）. There were some statistic different in different sex and academic student＇ s professional attitude in some dimensions. There were some statistical differences among different wish of students entering nursing college. Conclusions Professional attitude of nursing graduates was positive, slightly different with sexual, educational background and volunteer.
