氩激光治疗增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变103眼疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察氩激光光凝治疗增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效。方法对78例103眼增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变患者给予全视网膜氩激光光凝,观察术前及术后1个月视力及眼底变化情况。结果视力提高32眼,无变化58眼,下降13眼。眼底检查新生血管完全消退63眼,部分消退36眼,需补充光凝。黄斑水肿完全或部分消退88眼。光凝后出现玻璃体积血1眼。结论氩激光治疗增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变安全、有效。
