摘要
生化和毒力因子是鼠疫苗分型的重要依据和指标。本文对青海、西藏、内蒙18个疫源县镇分离自不同宿主动物和媒介昆虫的鼠疫苗30株进行研究,结果表明,这3个地区鼠疫苗发酵阿胶糖、麦芽精、甘油和脱氮等的作用不同,具有重要分型意义。并用上述指标可将这30株鼠疫苗划分为3个生物型。4个毒力因子检查中,所有被试菌株为F1+,各疫源地均有缺失某项毒力因子的菌株。
Biochemical and toxic factors are important foundation and sign about Y. pestis for typ ing. The paper studied on 30 strains of Y. pestis isolated from different hosts and vectors in 18 counties of Qinghai,Tibet and Inner Mongolia. According to the biochemical and toxic test,we found the ability of Y. pestis to ferment arabinose,maltose glycerin and nitrate is important fOr typing. The strains were divided into three biotypes according to all the incidences mentioned above. Each strain contains F1,but some strains lost VW. Pstl. Pgm.
