摘要
乳腺癌根治术皮瓣坏死是常见并发症之一，国外文献报道，其发生率为10％～60％，国内报道则高达51％～71％。根据自己的临床经验结合文献资料认为导致皮瓣坏死的主要原因为皮瓣组织细胞损伤，皮瓣张力过大，皮下积液及感染，真皮及真皮下血液循环障碍等。针对以上原因采取一系列相应措施，取得了良好疗效。本文对已发生坏死皮瓣的处理也进行了简要的论述。
Skin flap necrosis is one of the most common postoperative complication in breast cancer mastectomy. It was reported that the rate of skin flap necrosis was 10% ~60% in foreign referrences, the rate of that in our country may reach to 51 % ~ 71 % high. According to my experience, I consider the main causes are:tissue and cell injures of skin flap,excess tension between skin flaps,hydrops be neath the skin flap and infection,circulative malfunction of subdermal plexus. We pay special attentions to the factors listed above in clinical process and the effects are encouraging. In the same time,we dis cussed the treatment of necrostic skip flap.
