摘要
强直性脊柱炎多见于青少年，以男性居多，是一种主要侵犯脊柱并可累及周围关节的慢性进行性炎性疾病。致残率较高。由于其病因尚不完全清楚，目前尚无特效治法。我院自1996年以来应用正清风痛宁治疗强直性脊柱炎24例，取得了满意疗效。
Ankylosiny Spondqlitis mainly occurs among the young males. It is a continuous and chronic disease primarily attacking vertebral column and surround joint. Now the specific disease source remains unclear. 24 cases of this diseases were treated from 1996 By means of taking Zhengqing Feng tong ning. The effect is satisfactory.
