类固醇生成因子-1与青春期小鼠睾丸P450scc mRNA水平的相关性研究

摘要 细胞色素P450胆固醇侧链裂解酶(P450scc)是催化胆固醇转化为类固醇的关键酶,其活性受到类固醇生成因子(SF1)的调节。本研究应用定量PCR的方法比较了5天、20天、25天和30天正常小鼠睾丸中P450sccmRNA与SF1mRNA的水平。结果显示:从25天起,小鼠睾丸内P450scmRNA与SF1mRNA的总水平同步升高,提示了SF1对青春期小鼠P450scc的调节作用。 P450 Cholesterol side chain cleavage enzyme(P450scc) is a key enzyme for the catalysis of cholesterol into steroid.The activity of P450scc is regulated by Steroidogenic factor 1(SF 1).In this study,quantitative PCR was used to analyse the levels of P450scc mRNA and SF 1 mRNA in 5,20,25and 30 days normal mouse testis.The result showed that the total amount of P450scc mRNA and SF 1 mRNA synchronous increased in 25 and 30 days normal mouse testis,which showed that SF 1 might have a regulative effect on the expression of P450scc in puberty mouse testis.
