摘要
１９９５年３月至１９９８年８月，本院采用Ｔ标记物对阴茎海绵体血液动力学检测及阴茎海绵体造影术确诊的３０名阳萎患者，进行了阴茎海绵体脚及阴茎背深静脉结扎术。患者年龄２２～６８岁，平均４５岁，术后２８例恢复勃起功能，随访至今均能进行５分钟以上满意性交，该法治疗静脉性阳萎成功率高，复发率底，安全有效，为一种切实可行之外科治疗方法。
cases(mean age) of venogenic impotence who were diagnosed by penile cavernous haemodynamic changes using technetium 99m and cavernosography.Crura of penis were ligated in addition to excising the deep dorsal vein,and 27 cases have had enough erection for satisfactory intercourse more than 5 minutes.It is consider a safe,effective,lower recurrent method for vangogenic impotence.
