摘要
本文通过对62例喉癌放疗的临床分析,认为治疗效果与年龄、病程和病理分级无关,而与临床分型和分期密切相关,声门型喉癌Ⅰ期病人5年存活率为71％,Ⅱ期为57％,^(60)钴的放射剂量与疗效方面的结果,对于放疗医师确定放疗剂量有所裨益。
Sixty-two patients with carcinoma of larynx undergone radiation therapy were followed up. The results indicated that the effect of treatment was not related with age, course of disease and histopathological grade, but closely related with the clinical classification and clinical staging. The 5-year survival rate of the T1 group of glottic carcinoma was 71% and that of T2 group was 57%. The radiation doses and therapy results of ^(60)Co irradiation is presented for radiation therapeutists' reference.
