摘要
介绍了30万t/a二氧化碳汽提法尿素装置解吸水解系统的技术发展过程;针对运行中出现的问题和新技术的工业化应用业绩,对新建装置解吸水解系统进行了优化设计;总结了装置生产运行效果。解吸水解系统工艺运行数据表明,优化设计达到预期效果。
Author has introduced the technical development progress of adsorption and hydrolization system in urea plant by CO2 stripping method with a capacity of 300000 t/a; in allusion to problems existed in running and application reference in industrialization of new technology, optimal design has been made for the adsorption and hydrolizatian system of the device newly built, has summarized the running effect of production. Running parameters of adsorption and hydrolization system indicates that the optimal design reaches to expected effect.
