大学公共英语教师如何应对教学改革——一项基于高职院校英语教学改革的研究

随着“工学结合”理念在高等教育中的深入，新一轮的英语教学改革蓄势待发。高职院校已走在了改革的前沿，新的《高等职业教育英语课程教学要求》已于2009年试行，在教学内容、教学方法等方面对教师有了更高的要求。通过研究高职院校外语教师如何适应新一轮的教学改革，前瞻了本科院校新一轮的公共英语教学改革之路，提出大学公共英语教师主动作为，调整自己，适应教学改革的要求。

With the new requirement for English Curriculum in China＇ s vocational colleges, a wave of English teaching innovation is coming. This means challenges for English teachers in China＇ s voeational colleges. Therefore, this article intends to study what these teachers should do to adapt themselves to the innovation and carry out the innovation based on the comprehensive surveys of employers, English teachers and college students in Hangzhou region.
