摘要
以QTZ5613塔式起重机为例建立了基于ANSYS的建模分析方法,详细分析了设计载荷工况的选择与计算,并通过模拟分析和静刚度试验验证了模型的有效性。该模型能得出塔式起重机最大应力变化部位和相应的应力变化值,为塔式起重机的结构设计提供参考数据。
The article discussed design model and caculation of tower crane.It confirmed the model validity through the simulation analysis and the static rigidity experiment.The biggest stress variation spot and the corresponding stress variation value of tower crane could be obtained through this model.This model could provide the reference data for the tower crane structure design.
