摘要
涂装线采用常规阴极电泳涂装,正常生产工序为预清理→预脱脂→脱脂→水洗→表调→磷化→水洗→沥水→电泳→超滤水洗→水洗→烘干→沥水及吹水,但在烘干前吹水时出现数台车电泳湿膜脱落现象,经讨论分析及现场取证确定为漆膜在超滤水洗过程中出现返溶所致。
The conventional cathode electrophoresis coating was used in painting line, normal production process: pre-cleaning → pre-degreasing → degreasing → water washing → surface adjust → phosphating → water washing → detearing → electrophoresis → ultrafihration washing → water washing → drying → detearing → blowing water, but several cars eleetrophoresis wet film was spall before drying occurs, the result was drawn that the film spall during washing in the uhrafihration due to re-dissolve by discussion and was analyzed according to the field evidence.
