Analysis of Accident in Re-coating Bad Matching of the Electrophoresis Primer

根据出口商用车底盘件电泳底漆后粉末重涂时出现的配套不良的质量事故,通过工艺试验分析,讨论了导致重涂配套性不良的原因,并据此分析和研究了有机硅类流平剂在不同含量时对电泳底漆重涂配套性的不同影响。

The reason which inducing recoating bad matching was discussed by analysis the technological test and according to bad matching quality accident of spraying powder on the electrophoresis primer of chassis parts of export commercial vehicle. Through the technological test, reasons which led to the bad matching capability of re-coating were analyzed and discussed. According to it, different effects of silicone levelling agent in different concentrations on the electrophoresis primer were analyzed and studied.
