康尔爱片拆方对体外培养K_(562)瘤细胞抑制作用的实验研究

Experimental Study on Effect of Disassemble Prescription of Kang Er Ai Tablet in theInhibition of K562 Tumor Cell Cultured In Vitro

目的：阐明康爱尔片抗癌作用的确定性及配方用药的合理性。方法：运用体外培养Ｋ５６２（慢性髓性白血病）瘤细胞方法，观察康尔爱片及其拆方在不同组份、不同浓度条件下对该瘤细胞株生长抑制的影响。结果：康尔爱片及其拆方组份对体外培养Ｋ５６２细胞的增殖都有一定的抑制作用，其中又以温下法方组份最优，康尔爱片组份次之，逐瘀法方组份最弱。结论：康尔爱片是一配方合理、用药准确、疗效肯定的抗肿瘤制剂。

OBJECTIVE: Experiment expounded the antitumor certainty of the rationality and prescription and ingredients by means of K562 Cancer cell culture in vitro. METHOD: We cultured K562 tumor cell strains in vitro,and to observe the inhibition effect of Kang Er Ai tablet and its ingredients on the tumor cell in terms of different component and concentration. RESULT: The Kang Er Ai tablet and its ingredients on the tumor cell in terms of different component and concentration. RESULT: The Kang Er Ai tablet and its ingredients showed an inhibition effect on the proliferation of tumor cell in vitro,and the best prescription was the one composed of the components for warming and purging effect.the prescription for Kang Er Ai tablet was the second best,and the weakest prescription was the one composed of the components for strongly removing blood stasis. CONCLUSION: The Kang Er Ai Tablet has a proper prescription with proper ingredients,and it has a positive antitumor effect.
