摘要
本文用统一肘关节功能评定标准,对手术和非手术治疗19例桡骨头Mason Ⅱ型骨折病人进行了随访。非手术治疗组优良率为90.9％,明显优于手术组,且并发症少。文中还就桡骨头切除术后对肘关节生物力学影响及肘关节活动度减少、肘外翻、下尺桡关节半脱位的成因及防止措施进行了讨论。
Nineteen cases of Mason Ⅱ radial head fracture were treated by either operative or conservative method. They were followed up and evaluated with elbow functional rating indices. The results showed that 90.9% in the conservative group had good or excellent result which was higher than 62.5% in the operative group and the former group had less complications.
The change in biomechanics of the elbow after excision of radial head and the causes and prevention of motion limitation, of elbow valgus and dislocation of the distal radial ulnar joint are discussed.
