摘要
以巨大芽孢杆菌D-4作为出发菌株,通过紫外线诱变和突变菌株性能测定,选育出1株高效降解蛋白的优良菌株。与出发菌株相比,突变株明显缩短了生长周期和发酵周期,提高了降解蛋白水平。
Bacillus megaterium strain D-4 was used as starting strain.Through UV induction and the test of mutant strain,one superior strain seed suitable for high-degrading protein were bred.As compared with the starting strain,the mutants had the advantages of shortening the growth and fermentation period,improving the degrading protein level.
