摘要
通过测定小鼠血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性,探讨了桦褐孔菌多酚在小鼠血清中的抗氧化作用。结果表明,灌胃桦褐孔菌多酚的小鼠,与对照组小鼠相比,血清中的T-AOC明显增加(p<0·01),MDA含量明显减少(p<0·01),SOD、CAT、GSH-Px酶活性明显增加(p<0·01)。桦褐孔菌多酚具有一定的抗氧化作用。
The antioxidation effect ofinonotus obliquus polyphenol on mice serum was studied by determination the ability of T-AOC and the content of MDA,the activity of SOD,CAT,GSH-Px.The results showed that compared with control group,the ability T-AOC obviously increased(p0.01),the content of MDA obviously decreased(p0.01),the activity of SOD,CAT,GSH-Px obviously increased(p0.01)in blood serum of experiment group mouse.Inonotus obliquus polyphenol had some anti-lipid antioxidation activity.
