广西微小按蚊和中华按蚊对海南株间日疟原虫易感性研究

STUDY ON THE SUSCEPTIBILITY OF ANOPHELES MINIMUSAND ANOPHELES SININSIS OF GUANGXI TOHAINAN STRAIN OF PLASMODIUM VIVAX

广西微小按蚊和中华按蚊感染海南株间日疟原虫，发现广西微小按蚊对海南株间日疟原虫易感性较高，卵囊阳性率为８５．２％（２３／２７），腺感染率为７０．６％（１２／１７）；中华按蚊卵囊阳性率为１．９％（２／１０６），腺感染率为０（０／９３）；而对照组海南大劣按蚊卵囊阳性率为３８．０％（３５／９２），腺感染率为５６．５％（３９／６９）。

Anopheles minimus and Anopheles sinensis from Guangxi were experimentally infected with Hainan strain of Plasmodium vivax. It was found that An. minimus had a high susceptibility to Hainan strain of P. vivax, the positive rate of oocyst was 85.2%(23/27) and the gland infection rate was 70.6%(12/17). While oocyst positive rate of An. sinensis was 1.9%(2/106) and the gland infection rate was 0(0/93). In control group, the oocyst positive rate of An. dirus was 38.0%(35/92),the gland infection rate was 56.5%(39/69).
