Experimental study on the behavior of high-strength bolted connection after fire

摘要 对钢结构节点在火灾作用后的力学性能进行深入研究至关重要,它是研究结构整体火灾作用后力学性能的重要基础。对四个足尺高强螺栓连接节点进行了模拟自然火灾试验,通过对其火灾前后力学性能试验结果的对比分析,采用数值分析的最小二乘法,得到了该类节点各主要参数与其所经历的最高火灾温度相关的拟合公式,为具有此类连接节点的钢结构火灾后的安全性检测评定与加固提供了参考依据,也为我国《钢结构抗火设计规范》的修订提供参考。 The study of the behavior of steel connection after fire,which is the essential basis of studying the behavior of a steel frame or a whole structure,is very significant and valuable.Four full-scale high-strength bolted connections were tested to simulate their behaviors in the natural fire.The experimental results of the high-strength bolted connections before fire were compared with that after fire.Furthermore,the regression equations expressing the changes of several significant parameters of the high-strength bolted connection with regard to different highest temperatures were concluded using the method of least squares.This study can be used as basic reference not only for the inspection and reinforcement of steel structures with high-strength bolted connections after fire,but also for the revision of national fire-resistant design code of steel structure.
