摘要
采用柠檬酸盐热分解法制备了名义组分为Y3Ba5Cu8O18的纳米超导材料。利用XRD对其粉体进行物相表征,发现其相是Y123和Y211的混合相,并测得两者之间的摩尔比为1∶0.18,充分验证了我们所制材料并不是Y3Ba5Cu8O18化合物,而是Y123和Y211的混合物。根据Scherrer公式计算得到样品的平均晶粒尺寸约为36.7nm。利用标准的四端引线法对其块体进行R-T分析,测出其起始转变温度Tc=86.5K,跃迁宽度△Tc=1.4K,并表现出良好的超导电性。
Nanoscale nominal characteristics Y3Ba5Cu8O18 superconductor was prepared using the citrate pyrolysis method.The morphology and structure of the nanoscale product were characterized by X-ray diffraction.The results indicate that the briquetting has Y123 and Y211 phase.We find that Y123 and Y 211 is 1 vs 0.18 in moles.It proved that the sample is mixer of Y123 and Y211.The mean grain's size is about 36.7nm,which was calculated by the Scherrer's equation.The Tc is 86.5K and the ΔTc is 1.4K,which is examined by normal four terminals method.It represents good superconductivity.
