摘要
为控制卷烟吸阻的稳定性,研究梗丝填充值对烟支吸阻的影响程度,进行了梗丝填充值与烟支吸阻的线性回归分析。结果表明:梗丝填充值与烟支吸阻之间存在正相关关系;所建模型预测结果与实测结果的相对偏差的绝对值均在2%以内,与实际验证拟合度较好。在实际生产应用中,如果排除烟丝含水率、烟支质量、滤棒压降等因素的影响外,利用此模型,可以用控制梗丝填充值的有效措施来控制烟支吸阻。
In order to improve the stability of cigarette＇ s draw resistance and investigate the effects of filling value of cut stem on cigarette draw resistance, the linear regression experiments on the relationship between filling value of cut stem and cigarette draw resistance were carried out. The results showed that： the filling value of cut stem positively correlated with cigarette draw resistance, the obtained linear regression equation was meaningful and in good conformity with actual results, the absolute values of relative deviations of predicted values versus measurements were less than 2%. In practical production, if excluding the effects of moisture content in cigarette, cigarette weight and pressure drop of filter rods, the draw resistance of cigarette could be controlled by the filling values of cut stem via the model.
