摘要
采用热解析冷原子吸收光谱汞直接测量法测定了烟丝、滤棒、包装材料、香精和接装纸等烟用材料样品中的总汞含量。结果表明:①汞的检出限0.038μg/kg;回收率97.6%~103.0%;RSD0.59%~2.47%;测量范围0~1000μg/L;②直接测量结果略高于消化处理的样品,与消解-原子荧光光谱(AFS)法无明显差异;③所测烟用材料样品中的总汞含量为0.48~97.16μg/kg。该法适用于批量烟用材料样品中总汞含量的快速分析。
The contents of total mercury (Hg) in various tobacco materials, such as cut tobacco, filter rod, packaging, flavor, and tipping paper, were determined by thermal decomposition and cold atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that: 1 ) The recoveries of Hg were from 97.6% to 103.0% with the RSD of 0.59% to 2.47% and the limit of detection of 0. 038 μg/kg in the span of 0 to 1000 μg/L. 2) The directly measured results were slightly higher than those found in digested samples; and not obviously different from those by digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. 3) The contents of total Hg in tested samples were in the range of 0.48 to 97. 16 μg/kg. The method is suitable for fast analysis of total Hg in batches of tobacco material samples.
