摘要
通过选择合适的刀具材料、合理的刀具参数(主要是刀具直径)和切削用量,有效地改善了淬硬钢材料的铰削加工工艺性能,解决了实际生产中淬硬钢材料高精度孔难加工的问题。加工完成的工件经精度等级达到了规定的IT7级,表面粗糙度值Ra0.73~0.86μm,完全能满足高精度模具的生产要求。
With determination of reasonable tool material,tool parameters (mainly tool diameter) and cutting allowance,the reaming performance of hardened steel effectively improved,and the difficulty in manufacturinghigh precision holes on harden steel was overcome.The precision of finished surface came up to the specified grade IT7,the minimum surface roughness was 0.73 μm and maximum was 0.86 μm,which can completely meet the requirements of precision mould production.
