感应电动机标量控制下的磁通控制策略

摘要 针对普通V/f控制在低频或负载时难以维持感应电动机磁通恒定的问题,基于定子磁场定向的同步旋转坐标系,根据定子磁链与定子电压之间的关系,提出了新的标量控制下电机磁通控制策略.利用定子磁链观测器估计电机定子磁链,并对其进行闭环控制,实现低频和额定负载情况下电机磁通的恒定控制.基于全数字感应电动机调速系统的实验,证明了该方法的正确性和有效性. Induction motors flux is difficult to maintain constant using standard V/f control when lowfrequency or on-load. A new flux control strategy using scalar control is presented according to equations of stator flux and stator voltage based on synchronous revolution coordinate stator flux orientation. The stator flux was estimated by using stator flux observation and closed loop control of stator flux was established. The stator flux was maintained constant on condition that low-frequency and on- load using these methods. It is showed that the validity and effectively of these methods by experimental results based on full digital induction motors adjustable speed system.
