牛栏江——滇池补水工程可调水量分析 被引量:10

摘要 根据《滇池流域水环境综合治理总体方案》,要满足2020水平年使滇池水质基本达到Ⅳ类水质保护目标的要求,从外流域多年平均的引水量需达到6.0亿m3左右。通过对牛栏江流域的水资源配置分析表明:牛栏江水资源丰富,在满足本流域2020、2030水平年用水需求的前提下,每年可向滇池补水6亿m3左右;通过规划兴建的德泽水库枢纽调节牛栏江的径流并向滇池调水,基本达到近期水平年滇池生态修复补水、德泽水库下泄河道生基态流量两个方面的需求。 According to the "Comprehensive Management Plan of Water Environment in Dianchi Lake Basin",in order to achieve the water quality protective object of basically reaching IV grade level for Dainchi Lake before 2020,6×10^8 m^3 water need to be transferred from other river basin to Dianchi Lake.The analysis on water resources allocation in Niulanjiang River Basin indicates that,Niulanjiang River is rich in water resources,and can supply about 6×108 m3 of water volume to Dianchi Lake every year besides meeting the water demand of its own basin in the planning level years of 2020 and 2030.By the runoff regulation of Niulanjiang River by planned Deze Reservoir and water diversion from Niulanjiang River to Dianchi Lake,it can satisfy the water quantity requirements of transferring water to Dianchi Lake and ecological base flow in the downstream river channel of Deze Reservoir.
