摘要
采用甲基丙烯酸氨基乙酯的均聚物(PTAM)与聚丙烯腈(PAN)共混,以硫氰酸钠溶液为凝固浴制备PTAM/PAN共混膜。探讨了PTAM含量、凝固时间以及凝固浴温度对共混膜抗静电性能的影响。结果表明:当共混膜中PTAM质量分数为7%、凝固时间为65 min、凝固浴温度为6℃时,PTAM/PAN共混膜体积电阻率降低到109Ω.cm。
A polyaminoethyl methacrylate/polyacrylonitril (PTAM/PAN) blending film was prepared by blending aminoethyl methacrylate homopolymer(PTAM) and PAN using sodium thiocyanate solution as coagulation bath. The effects of PTAM content and coagulation time and temperature on the antistatic property of the blending film were discussed. The results showed that the volume resistivity of the PTAM/PAN blending film was decreased to 10^9Ω·cm when the conditions were as followed: 7% PTAM in the blending film by mass fraction, coagulation time 65 min and temperature 6 ℃.
