醋酸-盐酸溶液改善腈纶的延伸性能

摘要 以醋酸和盐酸的混合溶液处理腈纶,以改善其延伸性能,应用正交实验探讨了反应温度、反应时间、醋酸和盐酸的质量分数对腈纶的拉伸强度和伸长率的影响。结果表明:以醋酸质量分数10%及盐酸质量分数0.08%的混合溶液处理腈纶,反应温度150℃,反应时间75 m in时,腈纶的伸长率可以达到73.2%,拉伸强度2.31 cN/dtex。 Polyacrylonitrile fiber was treated with the mixture solution of acetic acid and hydrochloric acid in order to improve the extensibility. The effects of the reaction temperature and time and the mass fraction of acetic acid and hydrochloric acid on the tensile strength and elongation of polyacrylonitrile fiber were discussed by orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the elongation of polyacrylonitrile fiber could be 73.2% and the tensile strength up to 2.31 cN/dtex under the conditions as followed: 10% acetic acid and 0.08% hydrochloric acid by mas fraction, reaction temperature 150 ℃ and time 75 min.
