参松养心胶囊治疗缓慢型心律失常的疗效观察

Observation of therapeutic effect of Shensong Yangxin Capsule on bradycardiac arrhythmia

目的:观察参松养心胶囊(人参、甘松等)治疗不同病因缓慢型心律失常(病态窦房结综合征、慢快综合征、房室传导阻滞)的疗效与安全性。方法:选择缓慢型心律失常患者134例,随机分为参松养心胶囊治疗组(69例)和心宝丸对照组(65例)。治疗组口服参松养心胶囊1.2g/次,每日3次;对照组口服心宝丸180～360mg,每日3次,疗程4周。2组其它用药基本相同。观察2组患者的临床疗效及安全性。结果:症状改善率治疗组(76.81%)显著高于对照组(41.54%),P<0.05。病态窦房结综合征患者共73例(治疗组36例,对照组37例),治疗后治疗组心率提高7.21次/min,对照组提高2.1次/min,两组比较有显著性差异,P<0.01。24h动态心电图疗效方面,治疗组总有效率(69.45%)显著优于对照组(27.03%),P<0.01。慢快综合征患者共48例(治疗组26例,对照组22例),治疗组窦性心率提高的总有效率(73.08%)显著高于对照组(22.73%),P<0.01。24h动态心电图评价参松养心胶囊对慢快综合征患者快速型心律失常的显效率治疗组(11.54%)高于对照组(4.55%),P<0.05。房室传导阻滞总例数(13例)较少,与治疗前比较,治疗组6例中3例,对照组7例中1例由高度AVB转化为低度。不良反应发生率治疗组与对照组(2.5%对3.6%)比较无显著差异,P>0.05。结论:参松养心胶囊是治疗缓慢型心律失常有效、安全的药物。

AIM： To observe the curative effect and safety of Shensong Yangxin Capsule （Radix et Rhizoma ginseng,Radix et Rhizoma nardostachyos,etc） on slow arrhythmia of different causes（sick sinus syndrome,slowfast syndrome,atrioventricular block）. METHODS： One hundred and thirty-four patients with slow arrhythmias were randomly divided into Shensong Yangxin Capsule treatment group and Xinbao Pills control group. Sixty-nine patients in the treatment group were treated with Shensong Yangxin Capsules,and sixty-five patients in the control group were treated with Xinbao Pills. Both groups had same routine treatment. The period of treatment lasted 4 weeks. Clinical effect and safety of two groups were compared. RESULTS： Improvement rate of symptom of the treatment group（76. 81% ） was significantly higher than that of the control group（41. 54% ）,P 0. 05. A total of 73 cases of patients with sick sinus syndrome was included. Heart rate of the treatment group（36 cases） increased 7. 21 beats per minute（bpm）,while heart rate of the control group（37 cases） increased 2. 1 bpm. There was significant difference between two groups,P 0. 01. 24 h Holter monitering indicated that total effective rate of the treatment group （69. 45% ） was significantly higher than that of the control group（27. 03% ）,P 0. 01. A total of 48 cases of patients with slow-fast syndrome was included. The total effective rate of sinus rhythm improving of the treatment group （73. 08% ） was significantly higher than that of the control group（22. 73% ）,P 0. 05. 24 h Holter monitering indicated that obvious effective rate of Shensong Yangxin Capsule on tachycardia of slow-fast syndrome（11. 54% ） was higher than that of the control group（4. 55% ）,P 0. 05. The total number of cases of atrioventricular block（AVB） was only 13 cases（6 cases in the treatment group,7 cases in the control group）. Three cases of high degree AVB in the treatment group and 1 case in the control group improved to low-grade AVB. There was no significant difference of adverse reactions between the treatment（2. 5% ） and the control group（3. 6% ）,P 0. 05 . CONCLUSION： Shensong Yangxin Capsule may be an effective and safe drug for treating bradycardiac arrhythmia.
