摘要
针对天然染料在棉纤维上染色存在上染率低和色牢度差的问题,研究棉纤维的非反应型改性技术。探讨改性剂种类、改性剂浓度、改性温度、改性pH值及时间对改性棉织物染色K/S值的影响;分析测试改性前后棉织物的物理机械性能及染色织物的匀染性和色牢度。结果表明,棉织物经改性后仍保持其良好的白度、强力和吸湿性能,染色棉织物的K/S值有较大提高,且具有较好的匀染性和染色牢度。
Aiming at the problems of low dye-uptake and poor color fastness of natural dyes on cotton,the technology of non-reactive modification on cotton was studied.The influences of modifier type,modifier concentration,treating temperature,treating pH value and treating time on K /S value in dyeing of modified cotton were discussed.The mechanical properties,levelness,and color fastness of the cotton before and after modification were analyzed.The results demonstrated that the modified cotton fabrics still kept good whiteness,strength and absorbent quality.When dyed with natural dyes,it showed obvious improvement in K /S value,good levelness and color fastness.
